Structure Fire

p–13530275841030–pp classMsoNormalThe Hainesport Fire Co. and EMS Squad was dispatched to aDwelling Fire in the area of Lumberton Road and Maine Ave. While respondingChief 3900 was advised that the fire was on the 1300 block of Maine Ave. Upon arrivalChief 3900 and EMS Captain 3990 found 2 large storage units fully involved withmultiple explosions occurring within these units. These storage units werelocated adjacent to a warehouse type building that contained 3 businesses nota dwelling. The fire from these storage units had spread into the buildingcausing substantial fire damage. Assistance from Lumberton Weastampton MountLaurel and Mt Holly Fire Departments were immediately requested to helpsuppress the fire. Eastampton Fire Department provided coverage to the Townshipof Hainesport while Hainesport Fire Co was in service at this fire. The firewas placed under control about an hour after being dispatched. NJ State Policeand Burlington Count Fire Marshal are conducting the investigation of thisfire.
